Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

  • Shipping & Tracking: After your order ships, you will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment.

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet shipped and tracking was not yet provided. Please contact Customer Service at contact@nutrichef.ca

How to Return an Item

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery, and items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.


All returns must be approved by NutriChefKitchen before being shipped back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once items are received and inspected, please allow 5–10 business days for your refund or credit to be confirmed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

General Return Guidelines
This policy applies only to items purchased directly from NutriChefKitchen.ca
Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

Damaged or defective items should be reported immediately; these are not considered standard returns and will be handled separately.

 Returns will be rejected if:

  • The product was not purchased from NutriChefKitchen.ca.

  • The reason for return does not match the product condition (e.g., functioning item claimed as defective).

  • Serial numbers, UPC codes, or warranty labels are missing or altered.

  • Items are missing manuals, accessories, or original packaging.

  • The product shows physical damage, tampering, or customization.

Return Policies by Product Type

  • Standard Return Policy

    • Refunds: Within 30 days of delivery.

    • Replacements: Within 30 days.

    • Return Shipping: Free for replacement returns of the same item (with prior approval).

  • Replacement-Only Return Policy

    • Refunds: Not available.

    • Replacements: Within 30 days.

    • If the original item is unavailable, a store gift card for the purchase value will be issued.

  • Manufacturer-Only Return Policy

    • Refunds & Replacements: Not available.

Out-of-Stock or Back-Ordered Items
If a replacement item is unavailable:

  • Within 30 days: Full refund.

  • After 30 days: Store credit based on current market value (not exceeding the original purchase price).

Bulk Purchases (10+ Items)
Orders of 10 or more of a single item are non-refundable.
All other return conditions still apply.
